Te Yu Wang workshop “Let’s make a balloon sculpture!”

It is a fun workshop that gives children the challenge to create a balloon sculpture with the artist. The balloon is the signature work of the artist, and this year she will be showing her work at TRANS ARTS TOKYO 2013.

Keeping the country’s history in mind, we will ask the question: what does it mean to be an artist in Taiwan? The artist will talk about the evolving art scene in Taiwan.

Give it a go with Burmese cooking which is said to be a fusion of the Thai, Indian, and Chinese cuisines! The artist, who is an amazing cook himself, will teach you authentic Burmese cooking. There will be a dinner party at the end of class.
